The beauty of the Brazilian exchange program is that you pay no additional costs for your education. You pay for a semester at your university, you pay for airfare, and we take care of the rest. Administrative details are handled by staff at each university, so you have a full support group covering your back. This phenomenal funding and administrative arrangement is made possible through grants from the US Government's Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE) and its sister organization in Brazil, the Fundacao Coordenacao de Aperfeicoamento de Pessoal de Nivel Superior (CAPES). The FIPSE grant was written and spearheaded by Kimberly Waldron, David Bahr, and Peter Bemski at Regis University.
