Support and Visibility for Presidents
Member presidents enjoy opportunities to share their commitment for higher education's civic purposes and to play key roles in the national movement toward greater civic engagement.

Networking Opportunities
Member faculty, chief academic officers, community service directors, and others communicate through conferences, colloquia, institutes, forums, and other gatherings.

Cutting-Edge Publications and Information
Members receive free newsletters, monthly e-mail updates with important web links, free or discounted publications, and updates on national policy and legislation affecting the field.

Service-Learning Consulting Corps
Campus Compact, together with the American Association of Higher Education, offers a trained consulting corps that provides technical assistance and professional development - including one-on-one consultation, group training, and campus workshops - to service-learning faculty and engaged campuses.

State Support
34 states have Campus Compact offices that provide direct services to members including technical assistance, training, workshops, professional development opportunities, and leveraging national grants and other funding on its members' behalf.

National Recognition for Faculty and Students
Member schools have opportunities to nominate their faculty and students for national recognition, visibility, and monetary awards for outstanding initiatives in service-learning and community service. Campus Compact Awards Programs can be found at http://www.compact.org/awards/index.php .

Financial Support
Since 1997, Campus Compact has leveraged more than $16.8 million because of the Compact's experience and reputation for delivering thoughtful and innovative initiatives. A significant amount of this money has been awarded to member campuses to support their civic engagement and service-learning efforts.
