"Unless we give part of ourselves away, unless we can live with other people and understand them and help them, we are missing the most essential part of our own lives."

Community Partners Evaluation

Colorado Campus Compact worked with Nelson Consulting to design assessment and evaluation tools that measure the positive impacts and areas for growth in the UCAN Serve AmeriCorps program.  Continued funding depends on member and Site Supervisor participation in evaluation efforts.  For Site Supervisors, please complete only one survey for your organization even if your agency hosted multiple UCAN Serve members.

Site Supervisors: Please select the service area below that matches most closely with your organization and complete the online survey for that category.  Thank you.

Education – K-12 public school, early childhood center, extended-day enrichment program, America Reads/Counts, tutoring, mentoring, parochial school

Public Health & Safety – fire department, hospital, community-based health agency, police department, EMS, rehabilitation center, hospice, mental health center, jail

Community Strengthening – social services, faith-based organization, cultural organization, government agency, human needs program, economic development agency, other nonprofit organization
