Colorado Campus Compact worked
with Nelson Consulting to design assessment
and evaluation tools that measure the positive
impacts and areas for growth in the UCAN Serve
AmeriCorps program. Continued funding depends
on member and Site Supervisor participation in
evaluation efforts. For Site Supervisors,
please complete only one survey for your
organization even if your agency hosted multiple
UCAN Serve members.
Site Supervisors: Please select the service area
below that matches most closely with your
organization and complete the online survey for that
category. Thank you.
