My research interests are in the area of experimental "nuclear" physics. The quotation marks reflect the fact that nuclear physics is increasingly an approach to the study of subatomic systems, complementary to high-energy physics: it is not limited to the interactions of protons and neutrons within nuclei. In recent years, I have been involved in several efforts:
If any of this sounds interesting to you, please come talk with me about opportunities to become involved in research! Financial support from the National Science Foundation is available to employ several students each year on work related to some of these projects.
